AFB corrosion-resistant pumps are widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, synthetic fiber, pharmaceutical, food, brewing, environmental protection, and wastewater treatment. AFB corrosion-resistant chemical pumps can also be used for water supply and drainage in industrial and mining enterprises as well as cities. AFB type chemical pump is a single-stage single suction cantilever corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump. Our factory draws on the characteristics of various pumps in the 1990s, adopts advanced hydraulic models, novel structures, and high-strength combined single and double end mechanical seals. AFB type chemical pump can be used to transport corrosive liquids without solid particles, with a medium temperature of -20 ℃~105 ℃. The double end sealed cooling device can transport medium temperatures of -20 ℃~+280 ℃. The inlet pressure of the pump cannot exceed 0.2Mpa. This pump has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, reliable use, long service life, compact structure, stable performance, and beautiful appearance.
Structure of AFB pump:
The rotation direction of the pump is clockwise when viewed from the suction port towards the motor end.
The pump and motor are installed on a unified base through an elastic coupling.
The shaft seal device of the pump adopts impeller pressure reduction and single or double end mechanical seal structure. J30 lubricating oil is injected into the bearing body and equipped with an oil gauge.
